This Policy applies to consumers (riders) who buy engine oil and two-wheeler spare parts (“Products”) directly from our D2C Website (“Customer”, or “user” or “you” or “your”). By using the Website or placing an order for our Products you consent to the collection and use of personal information as described below. This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) is to be read together with the Policies (as defined in the Terms and Conditions). This Privacy Policy outlines our privacy practices regarding the collection, use, disclosure, processing, transfer, storage and safeguard of the information provided to us by you through the Website.

For Indian customers we process data where necessary for contract performance (order fulfilment) and based on consent for marketing or optional features. We will request separate consent where required by law.
Sharing and disclosure
To process payments and support the checkout experience we share necessary order and transaction information with our payment processing and checkout partner. This may include your order details, shipping address, contact number, email, transaction identifiers, and tokenised payment references only to the extent necessary for payment processing, risk/fraud checks, settlement, and KYC for UPI services where applicable.
Why we share
To enable payment processing, settlement, UPI processing, refunds, dispute resolution, and analytic improvements merchant services. GoKwik may also use the information for service improvement and analytics as permitted by applicable law. We may also disclose your information when such disclosure is requisitioned under any law or judicial decree, or when we, in our sole discretion, deem it necessary to protect our rights or the rights of other users, to prevent harm to persons or property, to fight fraud and credit risk.
We may also disclose or transfer your information to any third party as a part of the reorganization, or a sale of assets, division, or transfer of a part or whole of our operations..
How we share
Data transmitted to GoKwik is shared securely (in encrypted form) and only to the extent required to process the transaction or fulfil regulatory/KYC obligations.
Your consent
By placing an order you explicitly consent to Partnr sharing the required transaction and KYC information with GoKwik and its authorised third-party UPI providers for the purposes described above.While we take our best efforts to ensure that your information, including Personal Information, financial information, and Sensitive Personal Information or Data, is duly protected by undertaking security measures prescribed under applicable laws, you are strongly advised to exercise reasonable discretion while providing Personal Information, financial information, or Sensitive Personal Information or Data while using the Website, given that the internet is susceptible to security breaches.
KYC for UPI
If GoKwik requires additional information to satisfy KYC for third-party UPI providers, you agree that Partnr may share the necessary details in accordance with applicable law and only for the purpose of enabling the payment method.
No sale of personal data
Partnr does not sell your personal data to third parties. Any transfer in the event of a business sale will be subject to this Privacy Policy.
5. Cookies
Due to the communication standards on the internet, when you visit, access, or browse our Website, we automatically receive the uniform resource locator of the site from which you visit, access, or browse our Website; details of the website you visit on leaving our Website; the internet protocol (“IP”) address of each User’s computer operating system; the type of web browser the User is using; email patterns; and the name of the User’s internet service provider. We do not store full card numbers. Payments are processed via authorised third-party gateways (e.g., GoKwik) that tokenize payment instruments. We retain transaction metadata (amount, date, status) for accounting and refunds. We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures (HTTPS, access controls) to protect data. When you submit your information on our Website, your information is protected through our security systems.Your information is contained within secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of authorized persons who have access rights to such systems or otherwise require such information for the purposes provided in this Privacy Policy. These authorized persons are also under an obligation to keep such information confidential.
