Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. By accessing or placing an order on this website you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you must not use the site.

1. Eligibility

You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing this website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. By placing an order you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

2. About Our Products

  1. We sell two-wheeler auto spare parts. Mention of a vehicle make, model or manufacturer is for identification and compatibility purposes only and does not indicate any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by the vehicle manufacturer.

  2. We make reasonable efforts to represent product images, specifications and compatibility information accurately. However, you acknowledge that colours and exact appearance may vary depending on device displays and manufacturing changes.

3. Orders, Pricing & Taxes

  1. All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and are subject to applicable taxes, shipping, handling charges and any other fees.

  2. We reserve the right to change prices, correct errors, or cancel orders in cases of identifiable mistakes (including typographical or pricing errors). If an order is cancelled after payment, we will provide a full refund in accordance with our Refunds section below.

  3. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect information.

4. Payments

We accept payments through the payment methods displayed on the website. All electronic transactions are processed via third-party payment gateways; we do not store full card details. By providing payment information you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  1. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout and may vary by location and courier partner.

  2. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control (stock, courier delays, natural events, strikes, public holidays). We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

  3. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided. Please inspect items at delivery and notify us immediately of any visible damage.

6. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds (D2C Policy)

Cancellation by you:

  • You may cancel an order prior to dispatch. Once an item has been dispatched or marked as delivered, cancellation is not possible — please refer to the Returns & Refunds process below.

Returns & Refunds:

  • We accept returns for items that are defective, damaged in transit, or materially not as described. Returns for fitment/compatibility reasons are handled as per the specific product’s return eligibility shown on the product page.

  • To initiate a return, contact our Customer Care within 7 days from delivery. Returns must be in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags where applicable.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm a valid return, we will issue a refund or replacement as per your preference. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after approval.

  • Shipping or return shipping charges may be borne by us if the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item) or by you if the return is for other reasons — see the product page for any specific shipping/return terms.

  • Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene, safety or contamination reasons — specific non-returnable products will be clearly marked on their product pages.

Faulty/Defective Items & Warranty Claims:

  • Products sold with a manufacturer warranty must be claimed directly under that warranty; where appropriate we will assist you with the claim. For products sold with our limited warranty, warranty terms are shown on the product page or warranty card.

7. Product Compatibility & Fitment

  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm fitment and compatibility of spare parts with their vehicle before purchase. We provide compatibility information to the best of our ability, but we do not accept liability for claims arising from incorrect fitment or installation where the product matches the description.

  • We recommend professional installation where required.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the website including logos, text, images, designs, and software is the property of Spares Superhero Private Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

9. User Accounts and Security

  • You may be required to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

10. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Spares Superhero Private Limited, its officers, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of products.

  • Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spares Superhero Private Limited and its representatives from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
