  • Customer / You: the person ordering products on the Website.

  • Order: your request to buy Product(s) from the Website.

  • Dispatch: the point when Partnr hands your shipment to the courier.

  • Delivery: the point when courier marks the shipment delivered at the address provided by you.

5. Product Information & Fitment

We display product images, descriptions, specifications and fitment information to the best of our ability. Minor differences in colour/appearance may occur. Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility/fitment before purchase. Partnr is not liable for incorrect fitment chosen by the Customer.The product pictures are indicative and may not match the actual product.

Partnr reserves the right to correct, change or update information, errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time (including after an order has been submitted ) without prior notice. Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may also relate to pricing and availability of the product or services.

6. Prices, Taxes & Promotions

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.You shall be responsible for payment of all fees/costs/charges associated with the purchase of products from us and you agree to bear any and all applicable taxes including but not limited to VAT/CST, service tax, GST, duties and cesses etc.

Prices shown at checkout are the final payable amount unless changed due to an error. Partnr may change prices, correct errors or cancel orders where price mistakes have occurred. Promotional offers are subject to terms stated on the offer.

Credit card, Debit Card and Net Banking payment options are instant payment options and recommended to ensure faster processing of your order.

We do not ship internationally currently

8. Order Acceptance & Contract Formation

Your order is an offer to buy. Partnr’s acceptance occurs on Dispatch. Partnr may refuse or cancel orders for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing or product information errors, suspected fraud, or inability to service the delivery address. If Partnr cancels an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid following our Refund Policy.

14. Fraud, Chargebacks & Account Suspension

We actively monitor all transactions to detect and prevent fraudulent activity. If any suspicious, abusive or unlawful behaviour is detected, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, cancel any associated orders, and recover any resulting losses, including chargebacks or related costs. Repeated misuse may lead to account termination and potential legal action.

15. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitations of Liability

Neither we nor our partners or affiliates, make representations or warranties of any kind whatsoever, express or implied, in connection with these Terms or the Website or any of the content, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose, except to the extent that such representation and warranties are not legally excludable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Partnr’s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Product(s) shall be limited to the purchase price actually paid by you for the specific Product(s) that give rise to the claim. In no event shall Partnr be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages (including, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of data or loss of use), even if Partnr has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

    You agree that no claims or actions arising out of, or related to the use of the Website or these Terms may be brought by you more than 1 (One) year after the cause of action relating to such claim or action arose. If you have a dispute with us or are dissatisfied with the Website, termination of your use of the Website is your sole remedy. We have no other obligation, liability or responsibility to you.

Partnr may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or terminate your access to the Website and cancel orders if you breach these Terms or if we suspect fraudulent or abusive activity. Termination shall not affect either party’s rights or liabilities accrued prior to termination. The provisions of these Terms that by their nature are intended to survive termination (including Sections 11, 12, 13, 17, 18 and 20–23) shall survive.

18. Severability

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without Partnr’s prior written consent; Partnr may assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.

20. Dispute Resolution,Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any dispute or difference either in interpretation or otherwise, of the Terms of Use and other Policies on the Site, between the parties hereto, shall be referred to an independent arbitrator who will be appointed by mutually and his decision shall be final and binding on the parties hereto. The above arbitration shall be in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended from time to time. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be held in Gurugram, Haryana.

Without any prejudice to the foregoing, Partnr shall have the right to seek and obtain any injunctive, provisional or interim relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its trade-mark or other intellectual property rights or confidential information or to preserve the status quo pending arbitration.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

Partnr may update or modify these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be posted on the Website with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
