Shipping Policy

Spares Superhero Private Limited, having its registered office at 9th floor, Unit-003 and 004, Emaar Capital Tower-2, Sector-26, Sikanderpur Ghosi, DLF QE, Gurgaon, Haryana,India 122002 (“Partnr”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is managing and operating  the website partnr.store and its corresponding mobile/tablet applications (collectively referred to as “Website”) or otherwise through interaction (for example via customer support). This policy applies to consumers (riders) who buy engine oil and two-wheeler spare parts (“Products”) directly from our D2C Website (“Customer”, or “user” or “you” or “your”). 

This delivery and shipping policy (“Shipping Policy”), together with the Terms and Conditions and other policies on the Website sets out our policies and procedures for the delivery and shipping of Products purchased on our Website.

At Partnr, we strive to ensure that your order reaches you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition.We make all commercially reasonable endeavours to ensure that the products are delivered to you in a timely manner.This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders placed through https://partnr.store.

By using our Website and/or initiating a request for the purchase of Products on our Website, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Shipping Policy without modification. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Shipping Policy, you are advised not to transact on our Website. Please note that we may from time to time change the terms of the Shipping Policy that govern our procedures towards delivery and shipping of Products purchased on our Website. 

2. Serviceability

We currently deliver to over 14,000+ PIN codes across India through our trusted logistics partners.
At checkout, you can check whether your location is serviceable and view an estimated delivery date for your PIN code.

Deliveries are available pan-India, except in areas where our courier partners are restricted by service limitations or legal/regulatory conditions.In the event an area has been deemed unserviceable by us, we shall notify such users at the time of placing an order for the purchase of Products on our Website. 

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Most orders are delivered within 2–8 business days from dispatch, depending on your PIN code and courier availability.We display the estimated delivery time at checkout for your convenience.

While our delivery network covers a wider range, the 2–8 business days window reflects a realistic average for most serviceable PIN codes.

Deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to:

  • Stock availability or replenishment cycles

  • Traffic, weather, or route disruptions

  • Unforeseen logistical issues or natural events

In such cases, we will keep you informed and share updates via SMS.

4. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation SMS with tracking details.

  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

5. Tracking Your Shipment

Once dispatched, you will receive SMS notifications for shipping details and notifications with shipment tracking ID and link

6. Shipping Charges

We currently offer Free Shipping on all orders placed via https://partnr.store, unless explicitly mentioned otherwise at checkout.

We reserve the right to charge or collect shipping fees on Products from time to time. Shipping charges may vary based on the value of the Product, type of Product, area of delivery, payment mechanism, etc. You agree that we are authorized to collect, on behalf of the logistic partner, the shipping and delivery fees for the delivery service provided by the logistic partner. In the event we charge a shipping fee for the delivery of purchased Products, such shipping fees will not be refunded by us pursuant to any return request raised by you. 

7. Delivery Attempts & RTO (Return to Origin)

Our courier partners will make up to three (3) delivery attempts to deliver your order.
If the order cannot be delivered after these attempts, it will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO) and sent back to Partnr.

Once the shipment reaches us:

  • We will notify you by email or SMS, and

  • You can choose to re-ship the order (re-shipping charges will apply)

If no response is received within 7 days of notification, the order will be automatically canceled and with no refund processed 

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for eligible PIN codes and SKUs.

  • A ₹30 COD charge applies per order.

  • Customers are requested to tender the exact amount at the time of delivery.

  • If an order placed using COD is returned, the ₹30 COD fee will be non-refundable.

Refunds for COD orders (where applicable) will be made via bank transfer.
Customers must securely provide the following details as instructed by our support team:

  • Account Holder’s Name

  • Account Number

  • IFSC Code

  • Bank Name

Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after confirmation of refund approval and bank details.

9. Shipping Delays or Exceptions

While we make every effort to deliver on time, certain factors beyond our control (e.g., strikes, lockdowns, adverse weather, natural disasters, or courier disruptions) may cause delays.
 In such instances, we will keep you updated throughout the process via SMS or email notifications.

12. Policy Updates

Partnr reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice.
The version published on https://partnr.store shall always be considered the most current and binding.
