This Shipping & Delivery Policy ("Policy") outlines how Spares Superhero Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"), operating under the brand name Partnr, manages the shipping, delivery, and dispatch of orders placed through our D2C website https://partnr.store. This Policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Refunds & Returns Policy.

1. General Overview

We aim to ensure prompt and reliable delivery of every order. Delivery timelines, shipping fees, and methods depend on the customer’s location, courier availability, and product type.

Orders are dispatched only after successful payment confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with tracking details.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to most serviceable pin codes across India through our trusted courier partners. If your location is not serviceable, we will inform you at checkout or before dispatch and issue a full refund if payment was already made.

3. Dispatch Timelines

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Estimated delivery timelines range from 3-7 business days, depending on destination and courier.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather disruptions, strikes, natural calamities, or regional restrictions). We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any expected delay.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before payment. Certain promotional offers may include free shipping, which will be clearly indicated on the product or checkout page.

5. Order Tracking

Once an order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email and/or SMS. You can track your order status directly through the courier partner's tracking link provided.

6. Delivery

Deliveries are made to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure that someone is available to accept and acknowledge delivery.

Risk of Loss: Risk passes to you once the order is delivered to the address specified at checkout.

Unsuccessful Delivery: If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of recipient, or refusal to accept, the courier may make additional attempts. If delivery remains unsuccessful, the shipment may be returned to us and additional re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged, Missing or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you find the product damaged, missing, or not as described:

  • Notify our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide supporting photos/videos of the issue along with your order details.

We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refunds & Returns Policy.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be placed and delivered within India.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, natural disasters, strikes, wars, pandemics, government actions, or disruptions in transport or communication networks.
