Refunds & Returns

Spares Superhero Private Limited, having its registered office at 9th floor, Unit-003 and 004, Emaar Capital Tower-2, Sector-26, Sikanderpur Ghosi, DLF QE, Gurgaon, Haryana,India 122002 (“Partnr”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is managing and operating  the website https://partnr.store and its corresponding mobile/tablet applications (collectively referred to as “Website”) or otherwise through interaction (for example via customer support). This Policy applies to consumers (riders) who buy engine oil and two-wheeler spare parts (“Products”) directly from our D2C wWebsite (“Customer”, or “user” or “you” or “your”).By using the Website or placing an order for our Products you hereby agree that all purchases made on the Website are final, and products sold through the Website are non-returnable and non-cancellable once an order is placed.

We encourage customers to carefully review all product details, specifications, and compatibility information before completing a purchase.

While Partnr does not accept returns or cancellations, we understand that exceptions may rarely arise.In such situations, Partnr reserves the right to evaluate individual cases at its sole discretion. Any resolution offered will be strictly goodwill-based and subject to internal verification.

By using our Website and/or initiating a request for the purchase of products on the Website, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this policy without modification. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this policy, you are advised not to transact on our Website. Please note that we may, from time to time, change the terms of the policy that govern your terms of cancellation, return or refund of an order for products bought on our Website. Every time you wish to use our Website, please check the policy to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Cancellable Products

  • Once an order is successfully placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the customer.

  • Products purchased on https://partnr.store are non-returnable under all normal circumstances.

  • Requests for return, exchange, or replacement will not be entertained except where explicitly approved by Partnr after internal review.

  • Any decisions to issue a refund or replacement will be final and binding, made solely at Partnr’s discretion.

3. Requesting a Review

If you believe there has been an exceptional issue with your order, you may contact our support team for review. You must inform or raise a return request within 7 days of receipt of the product. Any return or replacement requests made after this 7-day period will not be entertained under any circumstances.

When raising a query, please share:

  • Your Order ID

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Supporting images or proof, if applicable



Our team will acknowledge your message within 72 hours and evaluate your request.
Please note: submission of a request does not guarantee refund or replacement approval.

4. COD

If an order placed using COD is refunded, the ₹30 COD fee will be non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount

5. Delivery Attempts & Return to Origin (RTO)

Our courier partners will make up to three (3) delivery attempts at the provided address. If delivery remains unsuccessful, the shipment will be marked Return to Origin (RTO) and sent back to Partnr.

Once received, we will notify you via email or SMS. You may choose to re-ship the order (additional shipping charges apply) by responding within 7 days. If no response is received within this period, the order will be automatically cancelled, and no refund will be processed, unless Partnr decides otherwise at its sole discretion.

6. Refund Process (If Approved)

If Partnr approves a refund after internal evaluation:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer.
    Customers must share the following details securely, only as instructed by our Customer Support:

    • Account Holder’s Name

    • Account Number

    • IFSC Code

    • Bank Name

  • Refunds are generally processed within 3–5 business days after confirmation of refund approval and bank details.

7. Customer Responsibility

Customers are requested to:

  • Verify all product specifications and fitment details before ordering.

  • Inspect the outer packaging at delivery for visible damage before accepting the shipment.

  • Contact our support team promptly in case of any concerns or queries.

8. Final Decision & Limitation of Liability

All return, cancellation, and refund matters are handled solely at Partnr’s discretion.
Partnr’s liability, if any, shall be limited only to the value of the product in question.
 Under no circumstances shall Partnr be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including delays, compatibility issues, or user errors.

9. Policy Updates

Partnr reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
The version published on https://partnr.store shall always be the most current and binding.
