Refunds & Returns

This Refunds & Returns Policy ("Policy") governs the process for order cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds for purchases made through https://partnr.store ("Website"), operated by Spares Superhero Private Limited ("Partnr", "we", "us", or "our"). This Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order anytime before dispatch by contacting our Customer Care team at help@partnr.in or +91 74286 92012.

  • After Dispatch: Once an order is shipped or marked as delivered, cancellation is not possible. You may initiate a return request under the conditions stated below.

2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery if the item meets one or more of the following criteria:

  • Item received is defective or damaged in transit.

  • Item is materially different from the product description or image on our website.

  • Item is incorrect (wrong part shipped).

Items are eligible for return only if they are:

  • Unused and in their original condition, with all packaging, labels, accessories, and manuals intact.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice/order ID).

Non-returnable items: Certain items are excluded from returns for hygiene, safety, or contamination reasons. These will be clearly marked as non-returnable on their product pages.

3. Return Process

  1. Initiate a Request: Contact our Customer Care within 7 days of delivery via help@partnr.in or +91 74286 92012. Provide your order ID, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

  2. Inspection & Approval: Once your request is received, our team will review it and, if approved, share return shipping instructions or arrange a pickup (depending on your location and item type).

  3. Return Shipping:

    • If the return is due to an error on our part (defective/wrong item), we will bear the return shipping costs.

    • If the return is for any other reason (e.g., compatibility/fitment), you may be responsible for return shipping costs.

  4. Verification: After the item reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check to confirm eligibility.

4. Refunds

Once the returned item passes inspection, your refund will be processed as follows:

  • Mode: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after approval.

  • Partial Refunds: If any component or accessory is missing or damaged, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion.

If payment was made by COD, refunds will be issued via bank transfer. You may be required to share bank account details for the refund process.

5. Replacements

If inventory is available, you may choose a replacement instead of a refund. Replacements are subject to product availability and will be shipped after we receive and verify the returned item.

6. Faulty or Defective Items & Warranty

Products covered by a manufacturer warranty must be claimed directly through the manufacturer’s warranty process. Where applicable, Partnr will assist in facilitating warranty claims. For products sold with a Partnr limited warranty, details will be mentioned on the product page or warranty card.

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
